Terms on Service
We take pride of all products under The Timeline, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our pages and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact hello@shopthetimeline, preferably with pictures attached of the damage, prior to sending any return.
ENSURE YOU’VE SELECTED THE CORRECT ITEM, COLOR & SIZE.
The order we receive, is the order that will be shipped out. You may then request a returns/exchange form in order to exchange for the correct garment, and we will take care of the exchange as per procedure.
We will not by any requests made after purchase , amend an order, so kindly take your time when making a purchase and select the correct items.
The Timeline insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit, til the point it it handed over to you. For all deliveries, we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is transferred to you.
Not the receiver of the purchase? If you get your The Timeline product as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is responsible for the package.
CAMPAIGNS AND PROMOTIONS
All products that undergo any campaign, promotional, discount or free shipping marketing are subject to availability. The Timeline reserves the right to modify, change or stop the above mentioned at anytime.
All changes will be noted in these terms and conditions. By using this site after changes have been posted, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. By continuing to use this site and any of its content, you accept this agreement in full.
SOME USEFUL TIPS
We’d hate for you not to receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
Our delivery processing time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note that this may take longer during our sale periods.
We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of any delays for all our customers.
Want to return your order to us? You can return your online purchase straight to our warehouse should you decide you no longer want it.
